Welcome to the Megaplex Online Panel submission form. Please see the below form to submit your panel idea. Please note that due to the number of panel submissions we receive we can no longer do first-come-first-serve. We will be looking at things like uniqueness of idea, flexible schedule, history with the convention (if you have run programming previously with us) as we approve panels. If 2 people submit the same panel we will try to work with both parties but in most cases is will be up to the first submitter to determine if they would like to team up or give the panel to the second submitter. Panel approvals will not go out until panel submissions have closedSubmission Form. Thank you for your interest in contributing programming to Megaplex.

Due to the high volume of panel proposals received, panel approvals are no longer processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Submissions will be evaluated using several criteria, including but not limited to:

• Originality and uniqueness of the panel concept
• Presenter availability and scheduling flexibility
• Previous experience with Megaplex programming (if applicable)
• Alignment with the current year’s convention theme

In the event that two or more submissions propose the same or similar panel topics, the Megaplex team will make a good-faith effort to work with all involved parties. In most cases, the initial submitter will be given the option to collaborate with the subsequent submitter(s) or to proceed independently.

All panel approvals are issued at the discretion of the Megaplex Programming Team.
